To help you do that, we’ll work with you to assess your organization’s specific information sharing and collaboration needs so that your organization gets the maximum value from Noodle™.

Description
Our Deployment Facilitators will work closely with members of your organization, including content owners, department heads and IT staff, to develop a comprehensive Needs Analysis and Content Planning Report to ensure optimum utilization of Noodle in your organization. The plan will describe the scope, organizational structure, content objectives, primary content owners, content types, data structures, access and permission rights management, migration of business information and data from current systems, and customization of the look and feel of your system to your corporate brand. Usage policies and procedures may also be defined.

Outcomes
The final result is your comprehensive Needs Analysis and Content Planning Report.

Duration

Customized Setup and Delivery

Purpose
Noodle provides you with a sophisticated repository for documents of all kinds, and allows you to control precisely who has access to what. Every team using the system can have one or more private workspaces, so when you set up Noodle, you establish information structures and access rights. To help you implement the most effective structures, we’ll work with you to design your installation, and then we’ll even implement it for you if required.

Description
Our Deployment Facilitators will help you rapidly design and implement the navigation and information structure of Noodle to ensure maximize usage by your organization. We will work closely with you to determine best practices and communicate the value of your Noodle to both management and users.

We will help you:

Administrator and User Training

Purpose
Whether you’re a System Admin, Trainer, Tech Support Person, and an End User, sometimes it’s really helpful to get some training from an expert, whether it’s a full day or just an hour.

Our Deployment Facilitators will conduct online seminars or at your location to help System Administrators, Trainers, Tech Support Staff, and End Users get a thorough working knowledge of Noodle.
